We arrived at night, a ten-minute drive from the airport in Barcelona. We are two adults and three children. We ordered two rooms and received them on separate floors, one on the first floor and the other on the 5th floor. Although we asked to be on the same floor, because I was afraid that the children would be stressed and scared. Elevators are terrible with the time waiting. Our room on the first floor was musty and stuffy, as if it had been closed for two years. Only liquid soap in the toilet and shower. The room is extremely simple and at night until midnight there was an activity outside that made it impossible to sleep. The advantage of the hotel is that it is close to the airport and...
The rooms have a disgusting smell of a dead animal, especially the bathrooms. There was a pipe leakage in the other room and the hallway carpet was soaked with water for 3 days. The wall was dirty as soon we came in there was dust, marks, and dried food all over the wall, and the walls are so thin that everything that happens in the other rooms can be heard. The area in which breakfast is served is dirty and the coffee machines have 10+ flies surrounding them at all times. The staff are impolite and are not helpful at all and the cleaners are very loud. Overall, this hotel was genuinely the worst hotel I’ve been to.
The worst hotel experience ever We are here for two nights with an infant. We did purchase a family room, but they ended up giving us two small individual beds. The receptionist is not helpful at all; she charged me another 12 dollars to get a king bed. No napkins, no water, and only one towel were given. The room is dusty.
This was the worst hotel ever very dirty floors, room and bathroom. No shampoo or soap in the bathroom. Staff are rude especially the man Room and bathroom had a horrible smell and lots of mosquitoes. Don’t be fooled by this hotel and reviews because its the worst.
