I had a very unpleasant experience recently while picking up my take-out order at the bb.q chicken location in Niles. The employee who was handling my order was extremely rude. She didn't even greet me when I walked into the store, and didn't say a single word when I left. The quality of the food at this location was also subpar. There was hardly any meat in the boneless chicken pieces. Although I was supposed to get 24 pieces, some of them were so small that they should not have been counted. Due to this experience, I will be sure to order from bb.q chicken locations at other places in the future.
Ordered the Gangjeong Wings and Secret Sauce Whole Chicken (got 1/2 chicken) with side of rice. They give you picked radish that comes in an 8oz container.Wings are double fried like Bonchon, however the Gangjeong sauce was lacking unfortunately. I didn't really taste the sauce with each bite. The secret sauce chicken was good, but the sauce was bit too sweet for my taste.I would order the whole chicken instead of the wings. Whole Chicken was fried better, juicer and held the sauce better. Nephew told me their spicy golden original is really good, so will have to try that next time.
Their Korean fried chicken is very good. However, their customer service wasn?t. We came here last Nov 5 evening and the lady attending to us was rude. We have to ask for the complimentary radish, napkin, and even utensils! She took them out to our tableone by one at a 5 minutes interval which was kinda annoying. She was so unapologetic too. It?s not even that busy that evening.All in all, it would've been a very good experience since the food was great but the very poor customer service ruined it forus.

This used to be one of my favorite places However I went there today and brought the lunch special for almost $15 I was still charged a regular price even though I didn't take the soda ,What restaurant doesn't have bottled water I would have been better off going to Popeye's or KFC for the amount that I spent at least I would have known I would have got my money's worth. Look at photo and tell me if that's worth $15
We ordered takeout of the golden original whole chicken, and it was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious! The chicken was crispy and flavorful—highly recommend this place. Keep up the great work! I will definitely order from here again or come in for dinner. As for parking, it's free and there's plenty of it!
Ordered from the lunch menu special called the Kimchicken Rice Bowl. The food came out warm and toasty and was super delicious. The hostess/waitress/cashier was super friendly and patient. Bowl was pricey but I get it as the portion is pretty big.
Food , amazing and fresh as ever. Service takes a while as amazing as the food is it's super understandable why it takes a little longer but I don't care it's worth WORTH IT. Ambience is nice and super cute. Love coming here with the family.

First and not the last time coming here. The half n half was so tender and crispy even with the spicy sauce on it. Warning. There are peanuts on the spicy chicken. Everything was so flavorful. Everything came out fresh and hot.
