Have had some good experiences with this restaurant before, but it seems like it’s going downhill. Ordered at 7:28pm with an estimated order ready time of 7:50-7:55pm. Upon arrival at 7:41pm they told me that the order would be ready in 7 minutes. Didn’t receive my food until 8:11pm. I totally understand an extended wait time during a busy time. I would rather have my food be made well rather than rushed. But the chicken was undercooked and cold in the middle. The photo below is not the worst out of the box as well. Beyond that there was a fairly large group of people waiting for pick up and it seemed disorganized. People were asking about their order, and the staff unable to find them.
I love the chicken here so much!!!! Their spicy chicken with gochujang sauce brings back memories of my childhood in Korea, reminiscent of the neighborhood chicken shop near where I used to live. Really really good but I do feel like their price are bit high compare to other chicken shop compare to how much it and the portion size. I still think it’s worth it though!
This is hands down the best Korean fried chicken I've had in a long time. I ordered the Galbi wings, and they were perfectly sweet, meaty, crispy, and packed with flavor. I also tried the corn salad, which was fantastic, and the sweet potato fries were wonderfully crispy and delicious too. Every bite I took was absolutely delightful.
I've visited this restaurant several times, but my recent experience was disappointing. The fried chicken tasted like it was made from old meat rather than fresh, and my entire family felt the same way. I'm really let down; the quality of the food seems to be declining.

I've visited this restaurant several times while spending time with friends, and I always have a great experience. The service is consistently excellent, even when we arrive with a group of around ten people. The food is delicious, especially the fried green beans!

The rose tteokbokki was hands down delicious (especially with cheese)! Honey garlic boneless chicken was also awesome. Everything tasted fresh and made for a great takeout dinner.
Love their chicken wings and brussel sprouts. My only complaint is the music. Too loud and just too much.
