I have been a loyal customer of BBQ Tonight Grill for many years, but recently the quality has declined significantly. We ordered a large tray of biryani for a family gathering, only to receive a mix of old, stale rice leftover from previous orders topped with fresh rice. Within just two hours of pickup, the tray began to smell unpleasant, causing a major embarrassment in front of our guests. I strongly advise caution when ordering large party trays from this restaurant. Moreover, when we tried to address the issue with the owner, they denied responsibility and unfairly blamed us. I recommend avoiding this place—there are many other excellent dining options in Schaumburg.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with the food at this restaurant. I ordered chicken biryani, Khadia chicken, and roti. The Khadia chicken was overly salty. When I complained about it, the chef got confrontational and asked why I chose to eat there if I didn’t like the food. The staff, including the chef, were very rude. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Please take this review seriously and avoid dining at this restaurant.
I ordered Tandoori Chicken to go last week, and it was disappointing. The chicken was dry and lacked any seasoning. I called the restaurant to ask about a refund, and they said they would call me back, as they didn't have enough staff at the moment. However, I never received a callback or a refund. It was a waste of both time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I placed a large order, and unfortunately, none of the food was good—not even the onions, which were soggy. The only item that was somewhat decent was the yogurt. Overall, it wasn't worth the trip, and I'm really disappointed!

Very very bad food quality. Ordered chicken biryani for carryout and when I opened the box the biryani was so sticky and the smell was so horrible I can't explain. Dumped the whole box in garbage. Never go back again.
We waited an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was obvious it had been frozen and reheated. The kebabs didn’t match the description, the chapatis were undercooked, and the portions were rather small.
One of the worst Chicken Briyani I ever had in my life.. Kind of sweet chicken gravy mixed with uncooked basmati rice and call it as Briyani. Cannot see a full chicken piece.. i give 0 star
