very good location. ideal for families and golf players. the room with views in the fantastic pool. cleanliness of the excellent hotel. we will return safely. to improve would highlight the lack of employee training (less than the reception that is impeccable and very attentive). they need a training of how to make “warm welcome” to customers when they check in, a “good morning” at the breakfast buffet, learn the schedules of restaurants, swimming pool, activities, .. in a strong and positive way
2 years ago we came and the experience was 10. the hotel in general very well, with a fantastic and beautiful pool, but in the room there was a lot of water outside the shower and wet the floor of the room, also we had a bad experience in the restaurant, bad service, and little food, very bad ratio quality price.
Havana is a fabulous restaurant by the beach, nice for breakfast and have a great lunch time menu. We also took advantage of the sun loungers as non residents paying €18 for the day for 2 loungers and a parasol (palm tree). Very comfortable and a perfect location.

hotel molt recomanable, però en aquesta ocasió els baixo a star per que el retall en el esmorzar amb little quantitat i varietat ha estat escandalós i a les 10 en punt del matí han començat a buidar el poc que ja feia molta eatona que no reposaven.

joan and the proprietary adelina are the soul of this hotel. all very well, the splendid kitchen and the atmosphere with the perfect beach and golf club.
