The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding! Unfortunately, the cashier misunderstood my friend's order, and when she received it, she was disappointed to find it wasn't what she had wanted. However, the server was incredibly nice and genuinely wanted to make things right for her. Although my friend was hesitant to have them remake the order, the server insisted, saying, "Please let us do it; it’s no trouble, and we want you to enjoy your meal." They kindly remade her order, which we truly appreciated. The only downside was that their air conditioning was out, but I felt more sympathy for the staff. The cool vibe hits you when you walk through the door. The environment was relaxed between the staff, the music and the decor. It felt like a bar when I went due to some loud patrons who were there. I ordered the XL Northshore and waited. I took the order to go and ate later. I was impressed by the sheer size of the meal. There was more than enough to split between two people, as I was unable to finish the whole thing (I usually have no trouble putting down a Large sub from Jersey Mike's for comparison). The sandwich was full of meat and tasted very nice. The bread was fresh too. Given the amount of food, it was good for the value.
What a shame. We went there a few weeks ago and it was great. Service was fantastic and our sandwiches were amazing. We were so excited to go back, we are not from the area. But we went back again and we?ll it was not worth it. We waited for over 10 minutes for our two sandwiches and when we ordered there was only two ladies in front of us. As for the employees they were well not very professional. One girl with purple hair had no gloves on and the African American young man had no mask on. It was May 20th, still mandatory to wear mask inside. We won?t be back.
I'm going to the Beach Hut Deli in the summer months. Recently I went a few times and ordered the BBQ Chicken Salat a few times and they forgot my bacon. Then the third time she forgot my bacon, gave me blue cheese instead of feta and when I called, I was happy to get Lea the owner on the phone and she was so nice and apologetic. She personally brought the corrected salad home to me because I couldn't go to the store again. She even has a little sweet treat for the trouble. That's what you call Grad A customer service. Beach Hut was great. The surfing bird never disappoints. It's been a few years since I was eating here and I was overdue. The medium sandwich is a lot of food and has enough variety of flavors go on where I don't long any side of chips.
I ordered a pastrami and salami sandwich with avocado, along with a Coke and chips, which came to $25. The sandwich was great, but I found it to be overpriced, even considering the area.
We got the Malibu sandwich, with tons of pastrami and avocado!! So very good, we will definitely be back to try more sandwiches and the beers!!! Thank you!
Seen the cashier and server full on playing and petting a dog and then attempted to greet us at the door and we did a 180° out of that this place,

All I can say omfg my sandwich was so good. The bread was super soft and the bacon was crispy unlike the other sandwich shops
