I ordered a breakfast sandwich, when I received my breakfast burrito I was a bit confused but the waiter quickly and condescendingly said it 's naan bread . Bean Town is just unfortunately no longer a homey place to be, so while it pains me to say, I will not be back. The employees at this establishment have no customer service skills. Most of the time the employees are just talking amongst themselves. They never acknowledge customers upon entry. The large hispanic lady probably the manager has the personality of a rock. Go to the Starbucks down the street much more friendly and welcoming.
I have been coming here since I was in elementary school. Back in town (now in my late 30s) visiting my folks and I knew I needed a half spice half vanilla Chai and a cinnamon roll. They are just as delicious as I remember!!! ??
Very friendly place with nice food. I enjoy the coffee, but really don 't know whether it 's good or not. Always happy when I have to be in Sierra Madre for a few hours and can spend them here.

Such a nice coffee shop and great staff , but the Air Conditioning is really sucks !It was 103 outside, the owner is only running some useless fans inside !!!
Bean Town is the quintessential small town coffee shop. Friendly, inviting with great food options and terrific coffee.
I have been dining at this restaurant for over twenty-five years, and I truly hope they are able to survive.
