Beans And Brews - Table reservation

The baristas at this location aren't very friendly to begin with but today I was genuinely upset. Our barista was rude which normally whatever I'm just here for a coffee but I asked for an iced white mocha with an extra shot and not only was it the wrong drink but there was clumps of white gunk in it and chocolate syrup settled at the bottom. I'm so done with beans and brews, every time I go they're rude or they mess up my order nearly every time. Super frustrating.

Oooo this particular location needs some help with training. Some drinks are acceptable. BUT others are not mixed they taste like pure tap water. Wife ordered a iced drink and it was missing the ice and dry powder was in the bottom. Gentlemen working seemed like it was his first day and he was alone in the store. Other locations are great this one struggles

Ordered a Mr.B?s and a sandwich, literally took 20 mins. to get the sandwich then apparently they forgot my drink so had to wait longer for that. I honestly wouldn?t mind or take the time to give a review, but it?s frustrating when other people that ordered after me got there drinks and no one acknowledged that I was still there waiting for your one drink.

Always enjoy beans and brews. Used the drive thru yesterday and one of the employees was speeding up the ordering with a tablet. And it was raining! I'm impressed by the dedication. Drink was excellent as always. Even tried a bacon, egg, croissant--couldve been better but I've had other food options that were good so just gotta find the right one.

This place is mid. Workers are nice but too chatty. They got my drink wrong twice, which is fine I understand people make mistakes but 2 times in the same trip. I love beans and brew but I seem to always have problems at this location
