Very very rude and unkind staff today 3/18/22. This is a new level of bad, last time they were rude I just simply didn't give my order told them no thank you never mind. Today was shocking how rude and then the guy at window seemed as though he hated that we ordered anything. We ordered two teas today. We have been going to beans for about 10 years, it is the only local coffee place but I never can trust the pricing or the quality of my orders. Before we use to order two protein packs the protein packs have had old eggs and they been leaving out the honey. Last time they left out the honey and the grapes. I've seen or heard many people say that Starbucks is better and not as expensive as Beans, but from my experience, Beans is priced the same as Starbucks, but Beans tastes much better. The only one-up Starbucks might have on Beans is that their food tastes better, but Beans' lunch wraps are fantastic. Beans' white mocha, chai, iced tea lemonade, their huge selection of syrups and a more varied drink menu far exceed the taste and popularity of Starbucks. Not only that, but their rewards system is much more accessible than Starbucks'.
Don't go here! Most unprofessional fast food place in Waterford. I ordered 2 caeser salads. They didn't put croutons, one of the salads had tomatos and the wrong chicken in it.. when I went back to tell them.. Jeff took the salad to the back and came back with the same salad. Looked like he hand picked the tomato out and he was so rude. I ended up throwing the salads in the trash. It didn't feel safe to eat. Do not go to this place!
The coffee is overpriced and does not taste good at all. The wait time is pretty long. Even before the Covid staff shortage service and coffee were not good. You're better off going out of town or across the street to McDonald's for coffee. And if you read some of the owners reply to the reviews on this place, he also seems rude and can't take honest reviews.

The male employee working today was extremely impolite and unprofessional. He was constantly groaning and sighing, displaying a lot of attitude, and interrupting us while we were placing our order. I have never experienced such hostility and negative energy from a staff member before. It is unlikely that I will return to this restaurant.
I cannot recommend this restaurant. The last time I was there, my drink was cold even though it was supposed to be hot. The service was slow and it took forever to get our drinks. Overall, the service was just okay. I would rate my experience a 1 out of 10.
I went here for the first time it was the best costumer service, also the black tea I believe it was called also the cinnamon roll it was delicious, I will definitely be returning back ??
We usually enjoy beans though sometimes they can be inconsistent. They seem to always make it right when they mess up and staff is nice
