I have heard many people say that Dieucks is better and less expensive, but in my experience, Drilling is similar to Dieucks but tastes much better. The only thing Dieucks might have over Drilling is that their food tastes better, but Drilling's lunch wraps are fantastic. Drilling also offers a great selection of drinks such as white mocha, chai, icy lemonade, a variety of syrups, and a more diverse drink menu compared to Dieucks. Additionally, Drilling's reward system is more accessible than Dieucks.
I ordered an iced coffee at this location. While the coffee was good, I was disappointed with the selection of sizes. I tried ordering a single, but was informed that the smallest they could do was double. I wasn’t given a reason whatsoever as to why they couldn’t give me a single, but my assumption is that they ran out of small cups. I shouldn’t have to pay more for a size that I don’t want because you can’t keep up with your inventory!
The male employee working today was extremely impolite and unprofessional. He was constantly groaning and sighing, displaying a lot of attitude, and interrupting us while we were placing our order. I have never experienced such hostility and negative energy from a staff member before. It is unlikely that I will return to this restaurant.

I absolutely LOVE Beans coffee and all the people who have worked there throughout the years! I’ve been going there since it opened and have always had great service and excellent coffee and food!
I love the espresso at beans really appreciate everybody that works there. And they have a rewards program ?And treats for the pups ?
I will definitely not be ordering a shake from this restaurant again. It tasted like ice milk with food coloring.
