We had breakfast here this morning. My friends I was with didn't get their correct order. The lady who brought the breakfast over rudely waved the receipt in my friends face, saying this is what you ordered mushroom royale instead of the black pudding. She said this is what she said to the waiter, and the lady huffed off. The price was the same, so there no issue. The chap who took the order apologised, but the waitress was so rude.
When we went there last Monday(13/07/2020) It wasn't over crowded only about 20 people there. It was quite a relaxing place to be and the tables were set apart so that people could social distance. We didn't have anything to eat. Just a few drinks and a chat with one of my partner's friends. It was quite a pleasant evening and I felt very safe, so we may go again this Monday, at about 5.30 pm. Well with a visit.
Good quality food, decent atmosphere. Only down side are the toilets (mens). Though it can be expected for pub toilets not to be exactly 5 star, doesn't like its cleaned as regularly as supposed during these times but more specifically the broken locks on doors isn't the best. Apart from that, cheap decent food and drink so can't complain.
Our favourite pub in Kenilworth A really good relaxed atmosphere,a big shout out to Will and also Pat who always go above and beyond and always give us such a warm welcome! Decent Wetherspoons pub in Bedworth town centre. Gets busy at the weekend in particular. Varied crowd. Doesnt seem to be any trouble. A good selection of lagers and ales. Good for a quick pint on your own whilst waiting for a chinese or indian from across the road. Serves food during the day.
Best service for miles around, very friendly staff. Food is very good value, although the burgers are always a little overdone. Slightly bigger portions would help. That being said, nice setting, very well lit and welcoming.
Worst burger I’ve ever had watery Guinness and was told off by a member of staff for sitting outside in the street for having my Yorkie terrier with me ,like they own the street also no signs anywhere saying no dogs outside
Had the gammon very good and not salty like most gammon are. The drinks came out very promptly and the food was quick to arrive. This surprised me for a Saturday night. Very busy and noisy but a typical pub atmosphere. Book a table now
Food was lovely and nice that there is free parking nearby for 2 hours which is enough for a meal and chat/catchup with friends.
