I may have ordered more food than I could finish, but it was all worth it. On Paul’s recommendation, I started with the cod cheeks, which were a first for me. They were delicate, crispy, and slightly spicy, with no fishy taste whatsoever—they truly tasted like little chicken wings! I also tried the bread and burrata, which was a delightful combination of creamy and fresh, served on soft bread. For my main course (despite being nearly full!), I ordered the lamb French dip. Given that it’s a more upscale establishment, I was pleasantly surprised to find a main dish priced at only $15, which allowed me to sample even more! Lamb is their specialty, so be sure not to miss it! As a treat for la...

The atmosphere and service was excellent, I had been looking forward to trying Beast Bottle for years and finally got around to it. The food was tasty, but I did feel it was a little underwhelming for this price point. Not to say it was bad by any means, and I could tell it was thoughtfully crafted, but for a similar menu price I feel like there are other Denver restaurants where I would feel I was really getting what I was paying for. Would still be a nice special occasion restaurant, and I always appreciate a farm-to-table approach which they do well.
The lamb shank French onion soup was amazingly rich and complex. Multiple kind of cheeses, delectable broth, a treat from start to finish. The rest of the meal (crispy cod, red velvet cake) was good, but nothing life-changing. The Vietnamese coffee ice cream garnishing the cake was the best part of that dish. Service was exceptional: friendly, perfectly timed, cocktail was on point, and professional, but no pretenses. Small, cozy restaurant with free and plentiful parking.
This restaurant offers a fantastic combination of delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. The lamb pasta is particularly noteworthy, resembling a rich stew in texture. The recommended wine complements the meal perfectly. The staff is friendly, contributing to the warm, neighborhood vibe of the place. Don't skip the desserts—they're definitely worth trying. Overall, it's a place that's well worth a visit. Book a table now
The experience was good, but not exceptional. The service and the server's knowledge of the menu were somewhat lacking. Additionally, the unexpected 5% surcharge for the kitchen staff was not clearly communicated upfront, which felt like an extra charge before tipping. We haven't been here in about two years and don't anticipate returning anytime soon.
Beast Bottle is an exceptional restaurant and definitely one of our top choices in Denver (or anywhere else). They truly embody the farm-to-table concept, excelling in sourcing the freshest ingredients from various Colorado farmers and producers. We've enjoyed countless incredible meals here! Make sure to visit and try everything on the menu.
Charming little restaurant. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I ordered the spinach salad and the pan-seared sea bass, both of which were excellent. The dessert was just okay.
Dined during Restaurant Week—we are “foodies” would rate Beast Bottle as the best restaurant we have eaten at in quite awhile. Also the best French onion soup my husband has ever had! Book a table now
Great place to dine for date night. We went for restaurant week but decided to try near close to everything on the regular menu instead. Highly recommend!
