I walked past this little bakery twice, once about 12pm and again at 4:30pm, and both times the queue was about 15 people long out the door, including a lot of locals which is always a good sign. I decided to join the queue just after it opened again at 4:30pm (it is closed at 2pm for a siesta! . The outside looks a bit shabby, it's impossible to see what's inside until you get through the door and the service isn't the quickest, so I stood in line for approx 20 minutes... but it was worth the wait! Some persons get pissed when they need to wait some minute , obviously they live in push-button-automatic-place where nothing is fresh, nothing hand made but fit 's to their capability of 5 seconds attention while looking at the Smartphone WA 's and other important BS . The queue of locals belongs to this place , I doubt it , they all are idiots which don 't know what they find there . Others complain, there is no place to sit...isn 't that normal for a shop ? And looking at the size of the place , i 'd say half intelligent persons know why ......you even see it from the outside. Comments like this are sounding like there was no sofa in the toilet .... Every time I am in Pamplona I visit this delicious bakery. It is located in the heart of the old part of town, in the famous Estafeta Street. Everything here is always fresh and sells out almost as soon as it comes out of the oven. Pastas Caseras Beatriz is well known for the “Garroticos”, a definitledly must. The Garroticos are small pastries filled with apple paste, cream, chocolate, and many other fillings. They are all so delicious. There is always a line at Pastas Caseras Beatriz but it is well worth the wait!
We read in a well known travel guide this was one of the best bakery's in Pamplona. Every time we passed the line was out the door. We purchased an assortment of cookies and pastries. They were made with lard which I know from experience makes them more flakey. But they were greasy and stale tasting. Not very sweet. Before you buy a box ask for a sample. Very disappointing.

Long queue tells you this is a great shop with reputations. There is always a queue waiting for its pastry bakery items, chocolate danish, palmier, muffins and many more. Everything is in good quality freshly made everyday. 總是大排長龍告訴了你這是家有名聲的好店，大家排隊買她的各式糕點，最有名的巧克力丹麥酥餅、蝴蝶酥、鬆糕和很多其他的糕餅，都好吃，也都是每日現做。
Just went there to buy few things for breakfast as i read it is the best baquery in town. Really tasty, high quality/value. I highly recommend garrotitos de chocolate black and white garrotitos chocolate). They do not have place to sit and they do not serve coffee.
After reading the hype, and the Rick Steves book, I thought, I can 't miss this one . Waited in line for 20 minutes and got the suggested goodies and a small assortment of cookies. Nothing was really earth shattering. The pastries were tastier at my hotel.
You need to taste the famous Garroticos o Garrochitos.... believe me are adictives... Beatriz is a typical bakery of a little town, homemade with the grandma recipe.... All you can taste, are excellent. Congrats thank you Beatriz team...

Well-known sweets inthe city. If you 're visiting and you are returning home soon order a box of garrotes de chocolate , although there is more variety as well. It 's worth waiting the queue.
I can't say anything other than go there. Order everything then find a place where no one can see you and eat it all!!! Especially the little chocolate croissant things. Get lots of those!
