"Enjoyed a really nice meal here. The place doesn't look that enticing from the outside, but it's nicely decorated when you go in, with a relaxing atmosphere. The food was tasty and the drinks were really cheap : The service was fast and friendly. I can see this place becoming a regular haunt, I'll definitely be back!"

Tryed new dishes from the chefs/house special’s selection and was disappointed. The sauces tasted Like they had come from a jar! However the chicken was fresh and cooked to perfection which is the reason every now and then I get a takeaway from there. I have found if I stick to the traditional choices they are really tastie and great value for money! For some reason they are tight with the popodoms And mint sauces, I like to have at least two popodoms and extra mint sauce if I am ordering for more than one person! This has always been an irritation so bare this in mind when ordering people. Over all, it alright, stick to the traditional dishes and it satisfying.

We've lived local to this place for 20 years but for some reason never tried it til this week. Our loss, it's a local business we should have been supporting. The food is well prepared and service is good. Obvs no authenticity involved, this is British curry but it's a school of cooking worthy of respect after nearly 60 years imho. They are not licensed at the moment, fine by me but if they want to carry on as a restaurant as opposed to take out only, they probably ought to rethink that. If you can eat your curry without the traditional British accompaniment of beer, I recommend this place. And it's really cheap as well.

We come here quite often as it is walking distance to our home and is also conveniently located opposite Becontree train station. We are familiar with the staff who are very friendle and helpful. The food is delicious-very fresh. They are more than happy to make you a dish that may not be on the menu or add/tweak dishes in the menu to your taste. Very reasonably priced too and take away is always delivered quickly. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with indian music plsying softly in the background and has typical indian decor. We will be returning again and again.

Takeaway ordered for 3 people £24 good value for money. Everyone enjoyed the food we had ordered, all was correct. I thought the chicken was a bit dry not enough sauce for the curry. Portion sizes good. Nann bread very average and plain (we ordered garlic) When collected order I got called John 3 times although I am quite clearly a female and corrected them each time that my name was Jen. Might order again (only tried this one as our usual takeaway shut down)
