This was my second visit to this restaurant, and unfortunately, the service was unsatisfactory on both occasions. During my visit on Saturday, I waited 20 minutes after being seated before our waiter came over to greet us and bring water. He didn't even take our order at that point. The glasses were small and filled to the brim with ice, leaving very little actual water. I found myself needing refills throughout the meal, but our waiter was often nowhere in sight. When he did come by to refill, he mentioned he was searching for a carafe for our table but couldn't find one. I visited Stamford for the first time to see family and discovered it was restaurant week. The menu at Bedford Hall caught our attention, so we chose it for dinner. When we arrived, it wasn’t very busy, but the service was quite slow, both in terms of being attended to and how long it took for our appetizers to arrive. Once we finally got our food, our server didn't check in on us at all. However, the food was delicious, and considering it was restaurant week, the portion sizes were generous!
The servers were incredibly friendly however the service was poor. They didn’t appear to be busy, only 3 or 4 tables yet we had to track someone down when we needed to order drinks, food and the check. We were seated at our table for about 15 minutes before I looked for someone to take our drink order. Timing between courses was long. My steak was undercooked. However, I must say, the gluten free pizza was INCREDIBLE and I will be back for that but probably take out.
We sat for over five to ten minutes before a waitress came over. Wife requested a real menu instead of the QR scan (I looked it up and the list is not as comply as the real printed one). Drinks are terrible, wife’s cosmo tasted like lime juice and my old fashion tasted like bitter!! Hardly any liquor! Food was half decent at least. Waitress came over once to ask how are things. Took a long time to get the check! All in all, a horrible experience! Will never go back!

The restaurant was noticeably short-staffed during our visit. We received our pizza appetizer promptly, but shortly after that, my burger arrived while my husband's meal never made it to the table. I finished my dinner, and he still hadn't received his food. On the positive side, I appreciated their gluten-free options. My burger was good, and I enjoyed all the toppings. I ordered it medium, but it came out well done; however, it was still tasty.
Had a reservation for 4. Told hostess that 2 of the guests were stuck in traffic and would be about an hour. Not a problem gave us a table. Online menu and menu at restaurant not the same. I ordered blackened shrimp with grits. The shrimp were not blackened but wrapped in prosciutto. I was disappointed at first. The dish was very good, but not what I ordered.
This was my first visit, and it was a great experience. The server was very patient and took the time to go over the menu and explain the different options. They recommended a fantastic meal, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
We had a wonderful time! Our server was friendly and fun, which really added to the experience. The food was great and the bottomless mimosas were a hit. They played great music also. I would definitely recommend.

The waitress took awhile to come back and check on us. Multiple times I was left without a drink. I easily could have had 2-3 more drinks..
Delicious, fresh food and generous portions! We couldn't be more thrilled with all of our meals at Bedford Thai. I highly recommend it!
