My boyfriend and I recently ate here. There was no wait to be seated, however the level of service was less than desirable. We ordered our drinks, and when they came out we went ahead and ordered our appetizer entrees (we expressed we wanted them paced). The appetizer salads came out together, and our entrees came out less than 5 minutes after. We brought this to our server?s attention, but her response was, ?Well, they didn?t have anything going on in the back, so they decided to just bring it out instead of it sitting back there getting cold.? Done. So many chances. So much money down the toilet. Tonight's order was missing drinks and the burgers were raw (ordered Medium Well). 2 weeks ago I threw $70 in the garbage. Every single thing we ordered was wrong or horrible. Like the Steak Nachos with a sprinkle of cold shredded cheese and the only meat was 5 chunks of steak fat. I normally don't leave reviews but the customer service stinks too. I don't expect much but the restaurant and the corporate office didn't care enough to even get back to me with an apology.
This is an excellent place to watch a game or enjoy a quick bite to eat. The staff is very friendly, and our waitress was energetic, efficient, and very attentive. I wanted to update my previous review because I just came back and had the same waitress again! It was great to see that her cheerful personality is the real deal. She provided exceptional service once more. My favorite dish here is the appetizer combo plate, especially the bone-in wings tossed in their signature traditional wing sauce. Absolutely delicious!
The steak tacos for me are always great and my favorite grilled chicken strips with rice and brocoli for my son are always great. As you can see I started a late pic of our food. I couldn't wait to dig in. Plus the staff is always friendly and plentyof tv's with sports and trivia. #update we went again today for 2nd half of the bucs game and I wanted to treat my neighborsthat helped me cut down a tree thanks to hurricane Ian and we ate good and service was excellent

Great place to watch the the game or grab a quick bite to eat to eat. The servers are very friendly. Our waitress was very upbeat, very friendly, fast and efficient. Adding on to my last review. Went back just recently and got the same waitress! Itwas comforting to know that the bubbly personality is genuine. She provided excellent service. My favorite items to get here arethe appetizer combo platter with bone in wings in traditional signature wing sauce, Yum!
beautiful place for friends and family. they sat on our big party right away. the service was fast and correct. eating was fresh and hot served. great wings. overall great experience. cheap specials and good happy hour offers. 2 for 20 menu with an appetizer was a simple choice. cheese cures were delicious. I wish I had pictures of everyone eating. thank you, beef. we're coming back.
I recently ordered wings, fries, and potatoes through Mobile Meals, and I have to say, the portions were disappointingly small. I understand that prices have increased due to inflation, but there's really no need to exaggerate the portion sizes in your descriptions.
My family had a great experience on Saturday. They were able to get us in and house us for our big party without any problems. Samantha was amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend asking for her when you visit this place.

I waited five minutes to be seated, and after we were finally at our table, we sat for another ten minutes without anyone coming to assist us, even though a waitress walked by three times. I've decided to take my business elsewhere.
