I go to the Bloomingdale location all the time. There’s actually a location closer to my house and I go the extra couple miles to go to this location. All the staff have been amazing but I’d like to call out Elizabeth for always going above and beyond. I know I get the most obnoxious order as I replace a lot of items and add items. I’m 9 months pregnant and they always make sure it’s perfect before I leave. Whenever I go in everyone is always having a great time and seems like a little family with the regulars. After serving our tea sodas, the waitress seemed to overlook us completely. She passed by our table at least three times without acknowledging that my glass of soda was empty. After waiting for an hour, she finally brought us a refill and mentioned that our food would be out shortly. When the food arrived, one plate had a very meager portion of fries. When the waitress checked on us, I had almost finished my meal and asked for the bill and a napkin. I’m not sure what she expected us to do without one to wipe our hands and faces.
This is a family restaurant but their bar has guests that are becoming belligerent and cussing and throwing the F bomb every other word with no consideration for other guests. When we asked the server to ask their guests to tone it down, they tell their guests we complained and then one of them came out to the parking lot yelling this is a x bar . That is not what we expected or deserved. They are clearlyover serving their guests. This is a family restaurant with young children. Not very welcoming. We will not be back.
This is my second visit to this restaurant after my first unpleasant experience, where I felt completely ignored for an entire hour. I decided to give this location another chance, but the wait time was excessively long just to place an order, and they are clearly understaffed. The managers merely walked around without offering any support to their coworkers. The food looked acceptable, but I'll never know for sure since I keep facing these same issues. I won't be returning a third time to this chain.

I've been a fan of Beef's since childhood. Good wings and food, good place to grab a beer and watch sports, or bring the family for some dinner and let the little ones enjoy the arcade area. I live closest to this location now and it's no exception. The bartenders(Sara is exceptional) and servers are friendly and ensure a good experience.
Haven't been to Beef's in a lot of years. Was very pleasantly surprised by the menu. They had a lot more options than just burgers wings. The food was good, and the service was better than I remember. Can't wait to come back to watch Lightning
Elizabeth was fantastic! She made the entire experience seamless and really brought an uplifting vibe to the place. I will definitely be bringing my family back to this location this weekend, all thanks to her!
This place was good but they used to be one of the best for food quality. It's seems to have slipped a little when it comes to the wings. Still a good place. Clean, friendly and polite.

We went for dinner and Naomi was our server. Naomi is the perfect server! She is kind, sweet, on her A-game, and funny! We will be back! Wish there were more Naomi servers!
Over all great experience! Our service was fantastic, even got visited by the new manager Lauren to check on us. Will definitely be back as long as she’s cooking!!
