When my just eat order was over an hour late I tried to cancel it, the restaurant changed the status to out for delivery to prevent me cancelling. I called the restaurant to enquire they assured me it was out for delivery. 50 minutes after this the food came delivered via 2 children <10 (who sends children that age to a strangers off street door when it’s dark? Food was stone cold. Chips obvious reheats. Fried rice all full of lumps the size of marbles. Straight in the bin Contacted just eat for a refund and they said they can’t until the restaurant marks the order as complete. Hours later it’s still not marked as complete, something tells me the owners do this deliberately Definitely won’t...
I last ordered from this restaurant on Just Eat about a year ago, and the meal arrived late. I decided to give it another try and placed an order for 19.45, with a delivery time of 21.15. However, the food never arrived, so I called to inquire about its whereabouts. I was informed that the driver had left on time to deliver, but the food eventually showed up at around 19.45, over half an hour after leaving the shop, which is only a 5-minute drive away. The dinners were lukewarm, so I had to heat them up in the microwave. Despite the delay and temperature issue, the food still tasted good. If I order from this restaurant again, I think I will just pick it up myself.
I ordered food at 7.20 pm and despite being around the corner by about 5 mins, it's delivered 2 hours later and exactly one hour after it said it had left the shop and was out for delivery for 9.50 pm So now I am eating my dinner at 9.45 pm and also find out you can't read instructions either. No mushrooms in the seczwan I said. And to find there is a big huge one cut up in it. My husband is allergic to mushroom .So I am a not very happy and the driver said he could have came here first but you sent him all round the long way first. Your food still tastes lovely but I think you need to priories your routes a bit better
Ordered basic meal for 1 at 18:55, Sunday night(16/10/16). Waited for hour and a half before chasing up as not too keen on complaining bout food b4 it's arrived. Was told it was on its way with no apologies or reason why I had not yet been fed. Had to make a further chase up call half hour later with same answer... Seriously guys, I have plenty of patience etc but food was cold and bland. If I had not placed my order on just eat they would have been scrapped an hour in. Please don't make the same mistake I made and I welcome a response from the eatery?

Last night, my wife and I were craving Chinese food but had difficulty finding an open restaurant with short wait times due to current restrictions. After trying a few places, we were able to order from Beijing House on Fancy Farm Road. The food was excellent and we will definitely be returning. The restaurant was clean and the staff behind the counter was efficient.
Ordered a delivery from here via just eat. Delivery took 3hrs!! Food was freezing cold, chips were soggy. Wouldnt have minded if i could heat up but you cant reheat chicken or chips unless you want food poisioning! They quite happily took my money via just eat and i had to bin the takeaway
My first experience with this restaurant was over three hours late. Despite giving them a second chance, I only received the curry starter and side dish. It took a while before I was able to contact them, most likely due to being busy with complaints.
Ordered on just eat at 19.40pm with a delivery time 21.10 pm delivery slot got this after order was placed. Food eventually turned up at 21.50pm . Apart from that food was good still warm plenty of beef in both dinners.

Telephones the order in and it was ready for pick up at the expected time. Typical Chinese set up with staff and television at the front desk. Meal was tasty enough, and the person it was for thoroughly enjoyed it.
i love the spring rolls and there delivery gets there but not as quick as i would like on that side of things but i always enjoy my meals out of there
