I can only say this is one of the best Lebanese bakeries I found in Sydney. I have family living in the eastern suburbs and having a constant supply of bread from this bakery. I'm dreaming when I'm out!
In our opinion this is the place to get the best Lebanese bread in Sydney. We travel to Granville at least one a week for bread supplies despite closer bakeries. Get it while it is hot, its the best.
Hubby and I travel from Nth Sydney to their bread. It was always the freshest, longest and quietest bread. Hubby is Lebanese, he's not going to buy anything else, and I have to say I agree with him.
We've tried all Arab bakeries, and that's all. We travel weekly to this bakery to get our weekly bread for the last twenty years, it is a little pricy, but it is worth it.
