Charging like a primo restaurant but with the atmosphere of the local cafe plus linen, this was disappointing. The service was laughable, within the space of 30 minutes cutlery, plates and glasses were shattered over the floor. The choice of food is quite limited, though all the food was reasonable. For the price the serves were moderate. And annoyingly, the same kitchen serves food at half the price on the other side of the bar. The coffee is also ordinary. For our money there are better places close by, and with water views for less money. The pappardelle with waygu beef cheek and bitter chocolate is probably the pick, though the lamb shank is okay. You will need an entree to avoid hunger!

Not a great sign that service will be outstanding. It took a few minutes for the young lady to pause her conversation before she tended to us. The service was pretty average...never served by the same wait staff more than once. As for waiting...yep ...too much ..... considering it was a Tuesday lunch.Quite an expensive meal to expect anything less than good service. The food, luckily, made up for the poor service. I would not like to be eating there when the restaurant was busy.
A very good cafe / restaurant with a good menu selection. A downside to this place is that the concierge staff that sit you at the table, tend to forget about you and at times it is difficult to get the attention of staff.Food and coffee are both good. Staff are good but not great and the restaurant has not really worked out if you ask for your bill or pay at the counter. These are teething problems that should be resolved.
Every afternoon my colleague and I grab an afternoon coffee at Bel and Brio.We also ensure that we get there before 3pm so Daniel is there to make our coffee. Not only is he extremely friendly but his coffee is absolutely delicious and the perfect temperature! and if your lucky, he'll sing you Happy Birthday also :) Book a table now
Expensive with slow service. I don't think it would take much to improve, but our experience was ordinary. I was left wearing a glass of wine after exuberant pouring. Thankfully it was white but it was a bit cold to be experiencing that. No real apologies either and nothing to wipe myself off.
Love going to Bel & Biro ,leaves David Jones for dead theses days since the revamp .coffee is great and a small but good selection of pastries and cakes ,But the fruits and meats ,groceries and all the bits & bobs certainly is fantastic ,I would rather shop here than DJs .
Food might be ok.. but the service is shocking. It's soooooo slow, staff are quite happy to see you wait and wait and wait without caring. I won't be back
Average breakfast and overpriced which one could stomach if the service wasn't so poor. The staff let this place down. ???? Book a table now

"I was satisfied with the food. Burgers are between $14.90 and $15.90. The drinks are more expensive than other places, and the free Wi-Fi is slow and stops working intermittently."
