Belambra Clubs Le Chambourguet

Extremely disappointed with the change in policy and service. In 2023 we reserve our stay, possibility of looking after a child of 1 and a half years old without problem at the chick club. There we reserve via the same channel for 2024, I pay, I just call by organization to find out if there are continuous days at the children's club and I am told that this year it must be reserved for a child of 2 years and it costs €390 per week. Let's be serious, it's indecent!! You barely indicate it on the site when booking, no possibility of getting the prices without calling you, it's a cold shower. Paying 1/3 of the price of the stay for that is limiting. We're going to have to cancel...

Please note, the chick club has become paying 390 euros per week per child. Obviously, there was nothing to indicate when booking. This is a big disappointment for us and we have to cancel our stay. Despite contacting customer service, there was no solution nor the possibility of reserving the club for part of the stay. Too bad, because this area was pleasant and so was the concept of children's clubs and half board. Rooms: Lots of storage but a little dated

A friendly, pleasant, well-organized place. Welcoming staff, clean premises, good catering and varied meals, top entertainment and pleasant outings on offer, all-inclusive formula. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value

I went there to work, I didn't see the rooms or the service since the season hadn't started, the housekeeper is very nice, and it's well located. Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view
