the restaurant of the bell port is located in the bay of palamos, on the promenade, a few steps from the fishing port. the menu offers dishes that preserve the tradition and taste of the sea, and also the best meats to the brazi and wines. the pebbles of the palamos, the rappers of the donostiarra and the rice to the casserole are some of the specialties recommended by the chef.
we were looking for something else than pizza or Mexican in Palamos and found this. We tried the Sole (very good), calamar (very good) and tournedos (good as well, nice a ****). The staff speaks French (at least 2 of them do) and the menu is in French, Dutch and English. Normally I avoid these types of restaurants as they are tourist traps by this one was good and clean.
El Restaurante Bell Port se encuentra ubicado en la bahía de Palamós, en el paseo marítimo, a pasos del puerto pesquero. La carta ofrece platos manteniendo la tradición y el sabor del mar, y también las mejores carnes a la brasa y vinos. We always visit Bell Port when we are in Palamos and never have been disappointed! Excellent quality food, the onion soup, fish of the day and tournedos are absolutely delicious. Prices are honest and service is efficient. Definitely a recommendation when you visit the area. Book a table now
It was a sweltering hot day and needing a cool drink we stopped at Bell Port. We felt the service was very average as it took some time to get anyones attention. Cannot comment on the food that looked ok as it passed us, however one couple nearby were complaining.
This could be an expensive place to eat, but go for the set lunch menu and you get a nice meal with generous servings at a good price. We are in the air-conditioned restaurant alongside the pavement outside the ma in building and it was very pleasant.
we sat outside and as we discussed the menu were v overheard by other english speakers who showed their plates and firmly indicated ' 'overpriced and not great ' we left
place very good prices ideal but above all the goodness of the bartender giménez was the best thing to find people who do their job well not like other mediocre waiters Book a table now
