The overall appearance of this place immediately takes away two stars. It’s located in an abandoned building within a rundown parking lot. The entire structure looks rusty and dilapidated, making you feel like you might need a tetanus shot after visiting. Inside is a bit better, but it still lacks a sense of cleanliness. It feels like every homeless person in the area has used the bathroom here, and old man Jenkins has claimed the back right corner as his own—he’s even marked it. When we first arrived in the parking lot, I thought my friend was joking about this being our actual destination. The food itself gets two stars; it might have earned more if it hadn’t been served on dirty dishes.
A hidden gem in Chatham! We’ve dined at this Italian restaurant several times, and our most recent experience was delightful. We ordered the Lasagna and Beef Ravioli with Walnuts, and both dishes exceeded our expectations. The constant ringing of the phone with takeout orders is definitely a good sign. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. They’ve moved to a new location that’s much larger and brighter than their previous spot on Main St., making it perfect for big gatherings. I highly recommend it! It's always wonderful to support local, small businesses.
My family and I frequently dine at this restaurant, and we're excited to see it has new ownership. The food is always tasty, and the prices are very affordable. I read some past reviews from visitors who were not locals, and I must admit I was disappointed and confused by their feedback, as our experiences have consistently been positive. As someone who appreciates good food, I can confidently say that this is my honest opinion. We feel lucky to have such a wonderful place in our town.
I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. It just goes to show that appearances can be misleading. We had often skipped it because the exterior didn't stand out, and the interior decor could use some improvement. However, the Philly cheesesteak and Alfredo were both tasty. We ordered a pizza to take home for the kids, and I would recommend getting it well done next time. Overall, we would definitely eat here again. There’s plenty of seating inside, and the service was excellent.

We used to make a point of stopping at this restaurant whenever we traveled through this part of Virginia. However, we're not sure when the ownership changed, but we have noticed a significant decline in both the menu and service. It used to be a charming spot with delicious food, but that is no longer the case. We probably won't return.
We ordered a Chef salad and a white pizza, but neither were enjoyable. I requested extra fresh garlic, and it didn’t come. I also asked for fat-free dressing three times, but it never arrived. I think I’ll skip this place in the future.
Wonderful food and excellent service! The pizza, Stromboli, and steak and cheese are all delicious. This is a fantastic local restaurant in Chatham, VA.
