Ordered around 20H, around 22H no news from the snack (mail received regarding confirmation of my order), so I decide to call them. They tell me that my order was not taken into account and then looking for a little on their site, as if by magic, it appears! Delivery therefore received around 22:30 after ordering at 20H... It's not serious! The kebab was correct but no more. I don't recommend delivery time TRES LONGS. The deliveryman did not wear a mask and even allowed himself to park in my garage alley without even taking the trouble of getting off his car.
Too bad. I do not recommend, not for pizzas that are very good but for the lack of seriousness. No way to pay by blue card. We had to wait for the deliveryman to come back with the machine. If it was to wait for the delivery man, I would have been delivered... So, a cold pizza because of the wait. It may be necessary to warn customers by phone that we cannot use all means of payment to avoid unpleasant surprises!
It was 2 times that we ate at home this week, we ate cold so not very good, we were never delivered at the scheduled time yesterday 25 minutes waiting (19:30 to deliver while we ordered on the site at 5:30 to be delivered quickly) ... cold fries, kebab we are not even talking about fat! While we eat at home very often and never problem before. finished for us really disappointed ...
I won't recommend this restaurant. Ordered at 12h14 and arrived at 13h15. The pounder did not come with the device as I had clearly specified on the site “species and title restaurants”. This one left without even giving me the change. However, I can say that the meal is good!!
