Although I am a huge fan of Bellancino's, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service during my recent visit. I placed a large order for 10 people and politely inquired if they had a box for it. Their reaction was as if I had asked them to work an 80-hour shift that day. When they finally located a box, instead of offering to assist with packing the food, they simply tossed the box at my feet without saying a word.
Ordered the nacho.. Salsa was dark red/ brown *Old* The Sour cream was liquid, with chunks of sour milk.My daughter threw up after eating .Also ordered seafood grinder... Paid for extra meat and cheese, that did not happen Dry and flavorless..Garlicbread was not good and cold.. Called the store and no simpathy. Was told you got a refund, what more do you want me todo..????????????????????
Luckily, I arrived before they closed, which is at 7 rather than 9. Ordered a 18? steak grinder, and I gotta say, it was pretty good. While it isn?t exactly a Philly cheesesteak, it?s well worth checking out. Really good value too, as I only paid $14after tax. Far better than Subway (which is mere steps away). Can?t say whether it?s better than Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mikesthough.
Love the grinder sandwiches they make here, they are delicious!! The workers are always very friendly, helpful and get me in and out quickly, I really appreciate that. I have never seen this place busy, there is always plenty of seating. I highlyrecommend you try the grinders, I prefer them over most of the other we'll known sandwich shops! Book a table now
I don't often give 5 star reviews but bellacinos selection, quality, and consistency makes it a weekly stop for lunch. I have not tried the pizza here but the grinders are done to perfection. Italian, pizza grinder, are my top 2, but if looking to switch it up, they have a great variety to choose from.
Very tasty... I got the club grinder meal and it was good value. Just tell the employee that smokes not to smoke in the parking lot with the door propped. Some customers are like me and think that is gross. Not the best thing to see when you first pull up.
I was costing the internet trying to find a good sandwich and came across this and had to try it. I like to eat big and save money. I had a half a chicago steak grinder and half a pizza grinder and it was exactly what I needed.
Everything was delicious! I highly recommend the Chicago Steak grinder, but honestly, any of their sandwiches will satisfy you. You’re sure to enjoy your meal! Book a table now
I called on a Friday night (10/14) at 6:45 PM they answered, I asked to place a pick up order and was told ?we?re closed? and promptly hung up on. Nice.
