Bellagio - Table reservation

Today, I took my friend to celebrate her birthday at a restaurant. I had the owner reserve a table for us and he made us feel incredibly special. He went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions and complimentary treats. The owner was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Thanks to the warmth and hospitality we experienced today, it was my first visit to Lucarelli restaurant but I will definitely be returning soon.

fantastic afternoon spent here. the staff was so friendly and polite. the cocktails buy 1 get 1 free that were delicious and good choices on the menu or they can have a special menu start-mains 2 cocktails and unlimited prosecco for 25 pfund. the food was delicious and so well presented

Absolutely love it at the one in West Brom. Their customer service and professionalism is absolutely superb. Greeting you from the door and providing a service of excellence. In addition, the food is so tasty and full of flavour. Fabulous place to eat and dine. Love it!!!

The staff were very professional and welcoming. Massive thank you to the lady that serve our table she was well equipped to look after us. We'll definitely be going back; most welcoming place to dine by far.

Wanted to go here for ages as it is highly rated. Just missed the 2 for 1 cocktails b4 7pm but such a lovely place. Authentic food. Great service. Definitely go again! Well recommended.
