Then finally once we got around to placing the order it was again very awkward. My teenage sone didn’t realize you had no choice of separating the side. They come only 2 ways and that’s house choice. You know kids are picky and when you pay too dollar for all you can eat you’d expect a little courtesy. A simple explanation would have been sufficient. The staff was unfriendly and wouldn’t allow bathroom use unless getting food and was told to “go to McDonald’s honey” by the host. I find that very disrespectful, very unkind, and very unprofessional.. Definitely should work on addressing some attitude issues and bad manners, especially if you want them to come back and try some food and bring some people, but being rude to them over using bathroom isn’t a good way to attract customers, especially since I mean if they get mad over someone waiting to use the bathroom they probably get mad over other stuff that shouldn’t be an issue too. The prices are high for the small portions served, and it costs extra for meat sauce, which is ridiculous. The parking situation wasn’t crowded, and now I understand why.
Our favorite for 3 years now. The cook sure knows what to do! Small and cozy. If it’s busy and you wait a bit, it’s worth it! And the pizzas are very good too!
