If you like the eight Normans of the Cotentin, the extra fresh buckles accompanied by a real home sauce you will enjoy. The grilled fish and its butter sauce... a delight! Accompanied with a nice balanced wine is happiness. Rare on St Maur such a freshness. Oh, yes, desserts, chocolate-melting, enjoyable... hearty and too good. the kindness and know-how of the boss in bonus!
A beautiful discovery, an excellent dinner with a very good boss, very friendly and listening. And one more about me, Pierre and I were known (and recognized this evening) while he was carrying out another activity where he also excelled.
