We had a slight flight delay so when we actually got to the hotel all the food places were closed so we had to go to the burger King across the road as we could get any food or drink When booked I asked to be put on ground floor due to medical issues was put on the 8th floor granted there was lifts but due to medication it could make me dizzy and I have 2 kids so we asked to be moved and was granted. Was in the room and one of the kids turned the light on and it literally fell off hanging by the rear live wires I reported this to reception straight away I was told it would have to wait till tomorrow not that dangerous then???? Check in was pretty quick, this was the best experience of our whole holiday there. The food was the same stuff every single day, my partner had uncooked chicken on the second day for lunch, we never stepped back in there after that. Only one restaurant open, ques for breakfast was a mile long we decided on day 3 we was (had gone all inclusive) going to eat out for each meal as the food was awful, even our 10 year old said the food was repetitive. Day 2 went to the pool near to our room, to find a disposable vape in there dead bugs in the pool and just general dirty on this day. On our last day our daughter finally enjoyed a clean pool. Con que sea una reserva natural,el tema de los mosquitos es un tema a tratar, ya que toda la familia nos vamos con todo el cuerpo lleno de picotazos. Otro punto q tratar es la bienvenida de la recepción totalmente negativa,no nos querían dar de desayunar,nos mandaron al bar de enfrente,fuera del recinto,sabiendo que estaba fuera del recinto y pagando,intentamos reservar para cenar en el italiano y el señor Joan Lluís nos mintió diciendo que estaba toda la semana repleta porque había mucha gente,cuando la realidad era que este restaurante estaba de apoyo a una parte del principal por problemas técnicos. Nos vamos sin probar ni sandia,ni melón,jamón,algo típico español, comida monótona y horar...
Me hospedé la semana pasada y disfrutamos de una increíble estancia. Ubicación inmejorable, nos alojamos en el sirena uno de los edificios reformados. Cabe destacar el show por la noche y la amabilidad de recepción. Sobretodo gracias a Joan por indicarnos y darnos información sobre restaurantes y sitios de la isla. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volveremos.

A 20 min andando de la playa. Las habitaciones están bastante bien. Vivió en Ceres II. Mobiliario ligeramente desgastado. Todo incluido para mí. La comida es de 3a pero se llena 3 veces al día. Si hay un festival a 300 metros de distancia en la zona, hay un poco de ruido hasta medianoche, pero con tapones para los oídos ese problema desaparece.
Me ha gustado mucho este hotel La comida relación calidad precio aceptable El entretenimiento de 10 Lo único que cambiaría es hacer otra piscina grande de toboganes la que hay se llena mucho ya que el complejo consta de muchos apartamentos
Calidad precio inmejorable y muy recomendable. En muy buena ubicación y la recepción muy dispuesta y amables. Sin duda volveré.
