Un lieu surfait, des prix à la hauteur de la réputation des halles Paul Boccuse, et peu de générosité dans les assiettes et les planches proposées, il y a dans Lyon bien des adresses plus authentiques qui ne démentent pas le goût des Lyonnais pour leur gastronomie.
