Hi, i used to be a very loyal client of this spot in CDG terminal 2F but after Covid the service is becoming every time worst so today i decided to leave my first review because i think is unacceptable. We asked for a famous Le Royal sandwich and the waiter gave us a cold one made maybe days ago without even warm a little bit...it was honestly disgusting. Then we ordered a Vulcano....same issue...cold bread, cold cheese and hot beer....! Staff were extremely rude, not smiling , not helping customers..there were other customers at the same time and everybody were complaining about these things! Worst service. I asked for veggie sandwich She gave me meat instead. When I changed it she again gave me cold sandwich instead of hot. At the end, have to throw sandwiches in garbage. Cappuccino tasteless with very small portion (they just fill it half).
The best restaurant in the whole airport, good, clean and reasonable in price, they prepare everything in front of you and the team is always friendly.
Covid or not an insult to Bellota ham....frozen cold bread with cut ham inside sitting for hours....subpar...but price still of Bellota.
