Attended with a party of 20, half went for banquet to make life easy..house dips that were ordinary but eatable to start the night.Then came the over boiled pasta with squishy steamed pumpkin pressed into cream that blended into a paste that should be sold as builders byproduct instead of a restaurant quality meal, arranci balls without cheese centres, pizza that could be likened to frozen food quality & salt pepper squid which was the pick of the night! Disgusting potato and leek soup, so salty we sent it back. Staff member taking our order was unwell and coughed and spluttered all over us without apologising. Penne overpriced and on asking was advised it came out of a packet as did most of the pasta except the gnocchi. Witnessed a staff making the pizza sneeze all over the kitchen. New female staff member appeared to not have been trained at all and was struggling, witnessed her trying to pour wine for patrons on next table with the lid on the bottle. Four of us went for lunch and all picked the meal from the luncheon special menu. Two pasta, one pizza and one Caesar salad. All came with a glass of house wine or soft drink. The food was OK, but found the salad served in a ridiculous dish was hard to cut (had to the cos leaves were large), and therefore wasn't enjoyable, in fact left half of it. Service was good until the end, when after a very long time with the plates just sitting there we had to call wait staff to remove,
Went there for a birthday celebration.Ordered medium Rare steak for dinner, served with medium cooked steak at it's center core only. The rest is overcooked towards medium well!Waiter tried to explain there is pink showing inside the steak. I think he needs further training on degrees of steak doneness.I'll make this my last and final visit to Belluci Woden.

I had dinner here with a colleague on a Friday night. We got a table without having a reservation. The restaurant became pretty busy but the service was good. The meals were good and we had a nice bottle of wine.Price was mid-range and reasonable.
The building looked enticing, the decoration warm and welcoming. However, the reception was rather cold. I had a very mediocre entree with fresh ingredients but too much salt was added....luckily I didn't order a main....the wine was OK.
We had a large booking for 14 people and Belluci's was great. We really appreciated the excellent service and very patient staff. We had the pizzas and they were great. It was a busy night but this didn't effect the service or the food.
I don't understand where these people below with the bad reviews have gone but it was definitely not woden Bellucis. Had a great time with good service and good food!

Its a good place for fine dining .Its good with friends and family or rather everyone . Its ideal for an occasion .Its one of the best Italian dining in Canberra.
Average food at high prices. Great bistro environment and friendly service otherwise. Cuisine has Greek influence.
