The Cafe Belstner has been a family-run baker eicafé for 150 years and has recently changed property. The inner rear seating area reminds me of the Art Deco era with a splash of the Royalty. Stunning decor and juicy sofas and chairs to sit back and enjoy a coffee, tea or cocktail with cake or other menu choice. We had our first coffee and cake there in 2014, fell in love with the place and the city and decided to move to Landshut. The Cafe Belstner is located in the pedestrian area of the old town and therefore you can sit outside and enjoy a beautiful visit and visit the world. It also serves a delicious breakfast and light meals throughout the day.
landshut is a beautiful city with old historical buildings and a very special charm. the caffe belstner fits perfectly in this ambiente. the caffe was very well visited on Monday afternoon (autumn holiday), but the very friendly waitress that came from east-westfalen has promptly organized for us, 6 people plus 1 small dog, a table . the cakes/pie selection truly great and the taste and quality of the baked. we come back in any case, landshut is worth a trip at any season.
We decided to take a rode out with friends last sunday when the sun decided to peek out . We walked around the city and found a place outside of this café. Our friends wanted 'sweets' which the selection looked tempting but i felt like eating a soup AND THEY HAD a YUMMY, HOT... DELICIOUS....POTATOE SOUP! This made my day with a warm full tummy moving on to the castle.

who decides for the caffe belstner despite a great crowd on a Sunday chooses the smallest torten pieces landshuts. we couldn't find a place in the caffe and took the tort pieces and were really amazed at home, how small they were: narrow and short.
teestube where they eat homemade pastries in a very rocococo environment, but I love it. a little ask for something sweet when it's cold outside: don't hesitate to come here and drink a big hot chocolate. I recommend the place
a beautiful traditional café with outdoor terrace in the best location, cozy interiors, first-class cakes and torts and excellent Meinl coffee.
