The worst experience I’ve ever had. Place look so nice but the staff is so unproffesional….everything wasn’t good. Table wasn’t ready as it supposed to and they did it when all the guest arrived. They didn’t put alcohol on tables, we ask someone for coffee creamer and waited more than 30 minutes for reaction, they took all glasses from table even for water. Today's occasion was to celebrate the life of our dearest friend, Nancy J. Czarnik who passed away January 29, 2023. The banquet hall was exquisite. The service, impeccable the food was perfectly delicious. The wait staff were professional, courteous and well presented. Thank you. RIP Nancy.
The venue was absolutely stunning, and the staff exceeded all expectations. Doro, Tracy, Carly, and their team were incredibly supportive during our event and afterward. I truly appreciate all the assistance you provided me until 3 AM. Thank you all so much!
