Food is quite good.Service seems to be a hit or miss depending on your waiter. Our waiter (Yann?, I believe) seems to have forgotten our table or didn 't care. He came to us on his own only once at the beginning. We had to pursue him to have him take the order or to pay the bill. Worse, we waited 10 mins to get the bill after asking for it when the cash register was exactly behind us because he went somewhere else and served other tables. He probably would have forgotten if we didn 't ask him 1 more time. What 's laughable is we received better service from the waitress of our adjacent tables who probably won 't receive any tips from our table. She came to ask us once if we had been served and...

It was my first time eating at a Ben and Florentine chain. The food was comparable to other breakfast chains, maybe a little bit more expensive for the amount of food but not by much. There are small differences from others in that they have apple compote in their standard plates and their toasts are generously buttered. Chhay, our server, was very efficient, courteous, and proactive (constantly refilling our coffees). No complaints!Kid-friendliness: There was a reasonable distance from other tables even with highchairs. In other places I’ve been to, it can get cramped with a highchair since the tables are placed too clise to each other.

I splurged on a rare dine-in breakfast and it was fantastic. The service was outstanding - I felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as I entered and sat down. The waitress (unfortunately, I don't remember her name) greeted me and promptly brought me coffee before taking my order from the menu. My meal, an omelet with goat cheese, bacon, potatoes, and multi-grain toast, was served hot, fresh, and in a reasonable amount of time. The coffee was refilled as needed without having to flag down the staff. Overall, it was a better experience than the one I had on Nun's Island. Definitely worth the drive over the Champlain Bridge.

Went to B&F around 12pm on a Thursday. End of the breakfast rush, around 10 tables total seated. Took the Florentine Eggs Benedict and my mom took a classic Egg with bacon and sausage. The food was great but it took VERY LONG to be served, VERY LONG to receive our order, and VERY LONG to receive our bill (I went to stand near the kitchen to grab our waitresses' attention despite having met Jones we needed to leave at 12:45 AND having asked for the bill at 12:30 while we still had the plates on the table.... I ordered a veggie skillet . The skillet was cold. The food was cold. I asked for a coffee refill which she never did even though the restaurant was quiet. But she kept bringing other stuff to our table and asking the others if they needed anything. When we asked for the bill, then she said i forgot your coffee. So i told her forget it, we are done. But for her tip, she went off and brought it in a to-go cup. I left it there. Not impressed with her. I felt she was racist.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. I am not sure if all locations in the chain are rated five stars in each category, but this one certainly deserves it. The food exceeded my expectations and the service was top-notch, enhancing the overall dining experience. I will definitely be returning. In terms of wheelchair accessibility, I cannot recall if they have automatic doors, but the entrance is spacious enough for easy access with assistance.

We went to this restaurant for Father’s day with 2 kids and service was excellent. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and helpful even with a full house. It looks like the dining room was recently renovated, the new decor is nice and modern. As for food it’s the typical brunch options. Portions were generous.

The brunch at this restaurant is amazing. It's hard to resist the skillet avocado and bacon dish! Even though it was busy and there was traffic in the restaurant, the service was excellent and the food was delicious as always. Book a table now
