Beautiful food, good value, large portions, best side salad in town. Very popular at lunchtime, although the tables are quite packed in, oftentimes it's hard to get a table! (terrible draft if you sit near the door and the small tables are too small for their large plates). Nothing bad to say except they are too popular, which can't be a bad thing
The glass was dirty, I 've asked to change it and when the waitress said this to her colleagues they laughed at it. They just washed the handle of this glass. You also asked us if we would like to leave a tip. Also the worst burger I 've ever eaten, 'heaven can wait ' is more about me waiting for your service and food to improve. Incredibly rude.
We have been regular customers at Ben and Ollies for the last 7 years or so. The food is very tasty. Good portion size and the staff are amazing. It is a lovely place for a quick coffee, break, lunch, or brunch.
Fab place, was going somewhere else for lunch but it was closed but I'm glad because it meant I got to try Ben Ollie's, delish food, great service and friendly staff. Me and my boys will be back!
