Every time I visit Benedict's, I find myself questioning why I don't come here more often. The staff is friendly and attentive, the food is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. Despite being located above a popular city center bar with live music, the restaurant exceeds expectations with its comfortable and convenient setting. The decor is both solid and stylish, and the warm welcome from the staff has remained consistent over the years. While some may be swayed by a more elaborate menu or higher prices at other restaurants, I am perfectly satisfied with the tasty and affordable dishes at Benedict's. From the second we came into be benedicts we were greeted with the smiling faces of the staff and they made us feel really comfortable. They were very patient when we were taking forever to figure out what cocktail we wanted. Cocktails were amazing and the food was so good the staff were so nice chatting away even recommended to one of the guys a tattooist Aaron, Ben, Jonny and Mike thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness I even got my boyfriend to like benedicts and now he wants to go so we'll definitely be back soon
AMAZING! Came for a Saturday bottomless brunch, well what can I say! We actually arrived 20 minutes late seemed like no issue, the staff were so attentive, particularly Donna and Aina were incredible although saying that every member was so happy to help and so attentive. But those two particularly stood out to myself and my sister, kind and full of personality. Come here you will not be disappointed!!!!
Visited Benedicts this evening for dinner and cocktails. Me and my husband have visited here a few times a year for 9 years now and the staff are always fantastic. I would like to give a special mention to Kevin. Nothing was any trouble and he has a great sense of humour. Great at his job. Highly recommend this hotel. Have never had a negative experience in our time visiting.

Arrived early a group of 4 but no problem as bags were stowed away until our return.absolutly brilliant staff every where starting our day with a fantastic breakfast and we also did the meal deal that excellent value and also champagne Sunday again great deal .We had food there 3 times and was always excellent ,lunch before leaving to finish off our trip ,
There was a mix-up with our main order at the restaurant; we received goujons instead of a chicken burger. When we informed the staff, they simply placed the goujons in a burger bun. We also waited over thirty minutes for the kids' desserts. We are fans of Benedict's, but we hope this was just a one-time incident.
Love this place, love the building and atmosphere. The staff were very accommodating when I had to phone to ensure there was mobility access. The food was excellent, and staff attentive but not over bearing either. We were there choosing from the graduation menu and we had a wonderful night from start to finish.
Very disappointed with this experience. Visited with my family for the day in the end we were forced to leave due to how poorly one member of the the team treated us. Would not recommend. Such a shame!
