Bengal Spice - Table reservation

This local Indian takeaway restaurant was a disappointing experience for my husband's birthday dinner. Despite pre-ordering our meal, it arrived 20 minutes early and without our main dish and side. When I contacted the restaurant, they offered to deliver the missing items in 30 minutes, but I declined as the rest of the food would have gone cold. The food that was delivered was only lukewarm, and when I asked for a refund, they refused. Overall, it was a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience, and I will not be ordering from them again.

We ordered a variety of dishes for our group of four, but I always stick to my favorite Chicken Tikka Masala. It was beautifully vibrant red in color and had a sweet, pudding-like taste that I adored. Unfortunately, one of my friends ordered the Biryani and found it to be a bit bland. Despite this, I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again because my dish was fantastic.

We have had takeaway delivered from here many times. We order direct as manager has brilliant customer service skills, the food is always delivered fast and hot and fresh. Don’t order through just eat as they take so much money from the businesses. The food here is so good, 100% recommend!!

My husband and I ordered takeout delivery tonight. The delivery driver was very polite and the food arrived hot. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meal and it will definitely be our go-to Indian takeout from now on. Well done, see you again soon!

We had a great takeaway from here on our travels around the area. Would highly recommend the tandoori chicken If we return to the area we will pop in for another take out Reasonably priced too
