I've never heard of Ben's Bottle Shop until I saw an event on Facebook. Of course, as a beer lover, I decided to check them. Actually, what was drawn to me during the day was this rebranding event sponsored by Every 's Brewing and Ben 's. Ten after three. Was met with a good greeting from bartenders. Unfortunately, that was the only good in this place. As I asked about the rebranding party, they'll be here tonight, although they'll be advertised by 3pm-6pm. Even the flyer at the door and Facebook says that. So far I was here an hour, not addressed by the bartender except to pay my tab. No, hey, you need something else or you want to see the menu. This is a first-class facility with the most friendly and friendly staff. I moved abroad and could not visit in a few years. A few weeks before Christmas I contacted Bens by email (time difference) and asked if they could help me curate a selection of beer as a gift for my brother that I could pick up my sister. I received quick answers by email, and after a few days back and forth, confirm the types of beer and new shipments, I got a call to confirm everything. I really wish I could remember the name of the person who helped me because he was SO AMAZING. During my last visit, I asked an employee who wore a Chiefs sweatshirt over their menu. I was told with an expleive that he had no idea what was on the menu. I was very free, I feel like an employee, you should have a general idea of the foods that your restaurant has served. I'm not back.
