Placed a large order of pretzel bites and pretzel dogs for a staff fun event and everything was delicious. Stephanie was very helpful and pleasant to work with. This was my first try at Ben's Pretzels and I will definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone with a love for pretzels!
I absolutely love this place! It's hands down the best soft pretzels I've ever tasted—big, soft, and incredibly delicious! The staff is very friendly as well. I can't wait to come back and enjoy their food over and over! Yum!
The pretzels are absolutely delicious—better than Auntie Anne's! I even received a free one because it was opening day at the Meijer in Jenison. The staff were very friendly and quick. I highly recommend this place!
