Before the Easter holidays we went on a trip to Pontresina, where we had an unforgettable time. Every evening we were lucky enough to enjoy exquisite meals at the Hotel Bernina, which pampered our taste buds and delighted us with local delicacies. But it wasn't just the food that impressed us, but also the warm hospitality and the loving manner of the staff, especially when dealing with our child. It was nice to see how they took care of our family's needs and made sure we were comfortable. This attention and care helped make our stay an unforgettable experience. I 'm still speechless. When the receipt arrived for a normal dinner, in a normal location, we found ourselves with CHF 9.50 worth of water!! It wasn 't miracle water but just simple water. And then CHF 35 for HALF a liter of bulk house white wine...no, it wasn 't a Brunello di Montalcino but a simple white!! And finally, the final blow of crazy prices was getting a cordon blue (CHF 36) and having to pay CHF 5 for an extra plate if I wanted to share it!!! I understand that we are in the Engadine, but the night before in a nice restaurant I paid €5 for the same water. But please... Very very not recommended. The class is not water . I attach the receipt for accuracy. PS top waiters!
The staff was not active and we were given 2 different small rooms as a family and there was no refund.
