We had my child 's third birthday party at Bertie Boo Adventure Island over the weekend, and it was a great success! A bit of free play, followed by a little disco, lunch and birthday cake, and then a magic show to round things off. The kids had a fantastic time, and 'Bertie ' did an excellent job entertaining them and keeping the party flowing, while the rest of the team were bringing coffees to the parents, and the kids romped around. The whole thing was really upbeat, colourful, enthusiastic and never boring. It was so nice to have such minimal stress for a party. We just brought the cake along, and that was it! So easy. I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to all the family of Bertie and Boo , i just had my twin girls 6th Birthday party there and it was a blast for all of us , the parents and kids. Everyone was just over the moon with the entertainment, quality of food, the drinks, the place, how the kids were busy away from the aprents , the hospitality, and even me i was amazed with such a good help from them on organising everything before and through the party( at least they had the patience and managed to survive the headache i made everytime i call/email them asking about another detail)...my girls were suepr duepr happy and that means that the party was a heck because of you..i do recommend this place to...
My daughter had such a great time here today. The staff was so lovely and very understanding My daughter is autistic the music was slightly too loud and she found it abit distressing I explained to one of the staff members and he was more than happy to turn the music down. I bought my daughter lunch there today as they don’t allow outside foods due to allergies reasons They only had cheese sandwiches on display so I had asked if there was any other type of sandwiches and the staff was more than happy to make any other type of sandwich my daughter wanted. Definitely will recommend Bertie and boo I've already booked my daughter another visit here 5
One of the best soft plays I've been to! Staff are welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Menu prices are fair compared to other places like this and the overall atmosphere was amazing. They serve a great coffee that isn't heavily watered down like they usually are and food selection is good. Beautiful toilet facilities and everything was clean! Would strongly recommend this place to people with babies and toddlers as there is quite a lot to do with them Book a table now
We've had a few birthday parties at Bertie and Boo, as always, the team was amazing and everything was really well organised from the moment we made the booking to the end of the party. Boo made sure kids were safe at all times while parents enjoyed a drink and during the show she included all kids in the activities and really looked after them. The birthday boys and their guests had an mazing time and we can't wait to be back to the soft play area soon.
Wouldn 't recommend. Very overpriced softplay for a place that does not have any actual toys aside for some blocks. You also are not allowed to bring in food, and only able to order off of their menu because of allergies all though they have loads of allergens on the menu. Also no food allowed for babies under 1. Totstars in streathem hill is much better and not to far away!
Better for older toddlers, not much for babies around 1 or under to do and such a rip off! Over £10 to enter and you’re not allowed to bring your own food, you have to purchase theirs due to ‘allergies’. £4.95 for some pesto pasta! Really disappointing visit, we left early as the babies were bored so didn’t even get our monies worth.
We had a lovely birthday party at Bertie and Boo for our son and his friends. The entertainment was really varied and engaging for the children. Wonderful soft play that we visit regularly. We had a super birthday party there for our three year old the staff were amazing and ran everything so smoothly. Very impressive!
