I understand it's covid and we were the only people in the restaurant for lunch. They put us in the bar area at a booth, and the waitress COMPLETELY forgot we were there. I finally went looking for her to get the check and see what seated at a booth rolling silverware into napkins, doing sidework and forgot all about us. Granted, it was quiet, since we were the only ones in the restaurant.The food what pretty typical fare, nothing exciting
we were a party of None of our meals were delivered at the same time. By time we got meal Nbr our first diners were done! Tables behind us and next to us were also missing meals! We have eaten there many times in the past, and over the last few years have really seen a decline in the food and service. Pretty sure we are done with it
The service was very good. We had the pizza with veggies which was overly seasoned. We couldn’t tell if it had garlic or too much pepper. We told the server no garlic so not sure what they used for season. It was the roasted vegetable. My father in law said he didn’t have enough cheese in his pizza. The other meals we had were fine
I think if I was to recommend Bertucci it would have to be for pizza. My husband and I both had meals that tasted like prepared food....heated up. The rolls were very good! Our waitress was pleasant and efficient Book a table now
We had a good time. Our food and service from our waiter Michael was fresh and hot. Mark the manager and his team do a fantastic job. You should dine here
The Brockton bertucci’s has a great wait staff and the kitchen prepares delicious dishes. You should dine here
Waitress was attentive and nice. Pizza was fantastic and cooked perfectly. Don’t miss eating here
