If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. Please don't order from here. They served me food that had roaches in it, and I found a plastic bag inside the crab sticks. When I requested vegetable rice with my fried rice, they yelled at me and then canceled my order without informing me. They also refused to answer their phone when I tried to call them to keep my order as is. I strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant; they are the absolute worst.
They brought me the wrong order, I called back to let them know that I didn’t receive what I had ordered. The worker said that the manager was on the phone and that she would call back. The manager calls about 15 mins later and was being extremely rude and yelling from the beginning of the phone call and arguing that no mistake was made. Very unprofessional, no longer ordering from here again.
This is your classic Chinese restaurant—no ads, no gimmicks, just delicious food. I really enjoy the touch of ginger they include in their lo mein and boneless spare ribs. While they do have the occasional off day, the food is usually quite good and is definitely one of the best Chinese places in the area. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a quick and affordable meal.
Each time we place an order, the food comes quickly, is served warm, and tastes incredibly fresh. We've been sticking to the classics: sesame chicken, chicken lo mein, and pepper steak, and we have no complaints. This has got to be one of the better chinese fast food I've ever consumed. Very tasty, flavorful, and healthy portions. I order 2 or 3 times a week. This is how much trust I have for this establishment. Also, the most important, they have an A in food quality from the Department Of Health. Definitely a plus.
The food was good, but my order was missing a 2-liter soda. I contacted the restaurant and was assured the manager would follow up, yet I never received a call. It’s disappointing when customers aren’t treated with honesty!
I ordered through Grubhub but didn’t receive my order. The staff went above and beyond to ensure it was delivered, and the food was warm and fresh. The manager was extremely nice as well.
I won’t be ordering from Best China House again! The food was so bad that I had to throw it away and cook my own meal. Definitely never again! Book a table now
