If I could choose zero stars I would. Worst decision we ever made hiring this company. Alan has been very unprofessional and difficult to work with. Complete lack of courteous follow-up. We purchased our kitchen cabinets at the end of December 2017. He kept telling us that everything would be within a week or two but it took almost 3 months for them to come in. There were several problems with the cabinets including the wrong size cabinet doors, scratches in the glass cabinet doors, and dents in the wooden cabinets. Also the hardware covers for the inside of the cabinets were predominantly missing and we never received the touch up paint kit for the cabinets. We have been waiting for over th...
I had a disappointing experience with these cabinets. Within the first year, all the soft-close hardware failed. Although they are advertised as all-wood, they feel more like low-quality particle board with a poorly made veneer that is bubbling and peeling in several spots. Additionally, the color is off, and the finish is rough and grainy, making them nearly impossible to clean. The sample displayed in the store had a much better quality finish than what I received. The cabinets are also unfinished underneath, exposing rough construction that isn’t hidden. The corner roller cabinet is unable to support even a few pans without tilting to one side and operates very poorly.
I had a great experience with Best Kitchen. Allen was extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with the entire time. Anything we needed he was always available. Shopped around at many different places and Best Kitchens had better pricing than everyone else for the quality of the cabinets. Highly recommend using them
My husband has to finish and reinstall the cabinets they put in bc of the **** job and we still didn’t get the all the material. Stay far far away from this place... oh and they still haven’t returned my garage door opener! This has been like this since October it’s now July!!!!!!!!! Allen’s a scammer.
