had a child's UV party in the functional room last night, the staff could not have been helpful anymore if she tried. brilliant service from beginning to end, even allowed us to use a room to hide our stuff for the few hours we were there that was so helpful to surprise the children on the party. will definitely be rebooked, many thanks!
came yesterday for a change of scene for my kumpels birthday room was nice and clean pool etc was great personal really friendly and breakfast this morning was fantastic definitiw here really stay close to the inner city perfect location just something I would say it is a wee fresh to wee to tired looking, but would not expose us.
Yesterday night after lovat closed. yes the rooms are dated, but space is immaculate bedrooms are generous. dinner breakfast was both beautiful, eating at dinner was first class. the staff are amazing, especially thanks kaye at the reception donna in restaurant, complete loan to her hotel. can't wait to say again. x
stay here Friday, 27th and Saturday, 28th October. there was a busload of us from ritz bingo forest hall newcastle on tyne . friendly staff and a good reception. the food was excellent and good. the rooms were lots of space in a double room with 2 single beds. would they wish to stay and we come next year back x
