Discovered this by accident, a little cafe style restaurant in the busy Princess Hwy/Springvale intersection.With 2 other Indian joints next to it, this has a regular traffic, testament to the quality and value.The paratha meals are great value, as is the $10 lunch deal. Not a great sit down place, with a handful of tables, but it is busy at lunch times.The takeaway portions are decent, with one curry enough for 2 adults, The stuffed parathas are soft and flaky, not too greasy.
One of the better north indian restaurants in the clayton and springvale area. I have visited them a few times and found ordering online much more convenient if you intend to arrange for pick ups. You can order through menulog.com.au which gives you 10% disc on 1st order, and a rewards program. I have tried the naans, chicken tikka, butter chicken and it's good. Chicken tikka $8 for about 5 reasonable size pieces.
We found this by accident one day when the place next door was closed. What an amazing find!! It became our favourite Indian restaurant straight away. It is small and there are only a few tables but I love sitting in to eat. The wait staff are friendly and recommended a different dish that I had ordered that I might like more - and she was right! Eat here every chance I get.
