We ordered a simple aloo gobi dish from this restaurant and the potatoes were undercooked, while the cauliflower was cut in large chunks and also raw. It was quite unpleasant. The dal and rice were also undercooked, with whole lentils instead of smooth dal. It is disappointing that they were unable to prepare such basic dishes properly. It is frustrating to expect a simple comfort meal after a long day only to be served with a subpar meal. We will not waste our money here again.
By far the best Indian restaurant our family has been to in New Jersey the U.S. in the last 20 years! The food was so tasty and everything tasted homemade, with little oil, and so so flavorful! Starting from entrees to desert there was not one dish where we could critique the food. The service was even better and truly transported our entire family back to India. We will definitely be coming back many times will be bringing friends too Thanks Bhog for an amazing dinner!
One of the best caterers and a small business in New Jersey. We used them for our pre and post-high school parties and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Everyone loved the food, even dishes we had never tried before. We now have a close relationship with Takea and visit their restaurant whenever we are in the area. We highly recommend Takea over other flashy caterers who don't deliver on quality. Great job, Takea!
Such a lip-smacking dishes from bhog....really got a very good feedback from my guests who have attended sangeeth and mehendi ceremony especially for Chinese dishes, yummy biryani , in desert pan filos was theeeeeeeeee BEST and mostly got positive reviews for all the items. This was an incredible experience! The chef is extremely passionate, creative, and knowledgeable about food. I highly recommend checking out all of their future events or even asking for a tasting to experience his passion. He created incredible versions of classic South Indian dishes and introduced us to new, creative ideas that elevated the whole dining experience.

Delicious, flavorful Indian food! They gave us complimentary appetizers and desserts, both which resembled and tasted like upper crust fine dining. The naan and puri were perfect. A real diamond in the rough.
