It is not that often I write reviews on tripadvisor, but after the incredible meal, my family and guests had last night i feel compelled to describe it. While the restaurant is not as large as others in the area, it punches way above its weight. We have tried before to dine here before but it was always fully booked so booking is strongly advised. Just a quick mention on some of our dishes we had Jamaican browned chicken, jerk chicken, and Kingston chicken. They all were flavoured to perfection. I’m quite hesitant to write this review purely because I’m afraid it’s going to become even more popular than it already is! We have just returned back from THE most fabulous meal at this very inconspicuous restaurant.A hidden gem. We are a family of four with teenagers so it’s not always easy to please everyone.However,on this occasion we succeeded. 2 Bob Marley stack burgers for Dad and our 18yr old,chicken fillet burger for the 15 yr old and for me….the most amazing curry(Kingston chicken) Thankyou Bibo for a truly wonderful evening of fine food,drink and hospitality. We’re looking forward to next week already!
We were actually going for an Indian when we came across Bibo… well… we smelt it… and followed our noses. Service was super friendly and efficient. Clearly passionate about the food being served. A small family business Delicious Caribbean flavours. The mutton curry was insane. Unlike anything I have had before. The flavours and heat build in your mouth in a good way. A real champion meal. I cannot recommend highly enough. This is now one of my top 3 In San Blas. Would recommend booking as there aren’t many seats. You’re welcome if you are one of the lucky ones
We stumbled upon this little gem of a restaurant and how lucky were we. Don’t be fooled by the size of the place, it may be small but the food certainly packs an amazing punch. Our party of 5 mainly went for the stacked burgers, but the menu was varied and as you would expect maintained a strong Caribbean theme throughout. Fellow diners were also enthused and the overall ambience and service was fabulous If you are in the area, definitely take a look, sadly we are only here for the week otherwise there is no doubt we would take a second visit in.

We visited Bibo after passing it the night before. The smell immediately caught our attention and we knew we had to go. We booked a table through the hotel which was easy and when we arrived we were immediately seated. Both the chef and the lady serving were really nice and welcoming and explained the menu. I got the jerk chicken fillet and my partner got the salmon. Both were perfectly cooked and the flavour was amazing. I can certainly say it’s one of the best meals I’ve had in a restaurant and I can’t wait to go again. 12/10- highly recommend.
After having the most beautiful meal last year at Bibo, my friends and I returned, and it again did not disappoint. The chef and waitress were so welcoming and the food was absolutely divine. We got the jerk chicken and the curried brown chicken, both so delicious. The service was excellent as always, we’ll be back soon again.
Great Caribbean food ! We found this gem of a place on the strip in San Blas and what a find it was. Only a small menu but I always like that as it means the food is fresh and cooked to order. It was delicious and excellent value.Would certainly recommend Bibo !
Great food. Uncomplicated with great flavour. Filling but not a blow out.The chilli and spicing was perfect. Hostess was so friendly. Music excellent. Definitely one to have a welcome meal

Just as you get in the Caribbean, You must try it ! Mutton curry is very tasty with rice and peas you can’t go wrong, a must have !
