Called in here twice during our recent stay in Bidart. The first night we had a long wait as it was very busy and there is only one chef. The second time just a 15 minute wait as it was cooked to order in a fire pizza oven. We had the 'Raclette' and 'Savoyarde' pizzas and both were delicious with lots of toppings of cheese and meat. The pizzas come piping hot out of the oven often with burnt bits and ash on the bottom but it all adds to the unique taste. They are also often too big for the boxes and spill over! There are tables were you can wait or eat your pizzas and it also sells alcohol - wine and beers. We will definitely be going back next time we are in Bidart!
It can be crowded but they'll do their best to accommodate you - or book in advance to be sure! parking you can find, a little walk up the street and it s free.my friend enjoyed very much his pizza, I am vegetarian and they adapted the fresh artichoke dish to my requests (delicious ). very reasonable prices. beautiful view. coffee with friandises tasted good. I recommend this place.
Love love love this restaurant. Have eaten here several times over the last couple of years with visiting friends and family and they all love it just as much...clean plates all round :) the Escalope a la creme is always a favourite!The service is super friendly and efficient, the ambiance is relaxed and homely, and the location is fab. Thanks for always being great!
It's a simple restaurant, so here is a simple review:The setting is gorgeous - sit outside on the terrace if you can, the views are wonderful.The food selection, quality and speed of service were perfect.The pizzas are top-notch.The cafe gourmand is the dessert to choose (a little of all of the desserts, with a coffee).Lastly it's great value.

It is really difficult to find a good restaurant in France, I mean, a 'regular' restaurant, I'm not talking about fancy 5 michelin stars. And when you find one, it's like a little treasure. This is one of these 'treasures'. Good quality, good service and one of the best views in the french Basque Country.
I visited this restaurant twice during my stay. They welcome children and the restaurant has a nice modern atmosphere about it. The restaurant was really busy so you would have to book. The food was good, I would stay away from the steaks thought a bit tough
We were recommended this restaurant as a great place for pizza and they weren't wrong! Service was nice, although quite rushed as it was peak season and they are trying to get through as many customers are possible. Book in advance.
Food was excellent. Pizzas are cheap and delicious (good ingredients, thin paste and not too salty). I also recommend the café gourmand. Service was good but slow, which is why I don't give 5.

Excellent location, on terrace with amazing views. Staff attentive and food was super. Every year this place gets better. I can not recommend it enough. Book in advance, in August.
Good pizza, excellent squid (and yes I do mean excellent!). Comfortable Pleasant service Reasonable prices. Don't hestitate!
