A good beer garden with all the favourite Bavarian food specialties and selection of beers and beverages! Right next to the Muellersche swimming pool and part of the Muffathalle event hall. Great atmosphere in the evenings, during or after the numerous concerts or parties at...the Muffat hall
Located about a walk from Marienplatz but close to the Hilton, Novotel, and Holiday Inn, so if you’re staying at these hotels, this would be my choice of beer garden to visit. Excellent beers and wine. No credit card facilities though, so bring cash
Great location for a biergarten close to the Isar and often busy. Reasonably priced for the city with plenty of options. Always lively, and perhaps not the best if you're avoiding crowds. Good for a night out with friends to tell stupid stories
There is a sand box for the kids to play in while the parents sit back with a beer and some food. we went twice during a visit to Munich and both times there were families there. Right beside the Historical baths
